- Remote Secretarial Assistance can be invoiced two different ways: piece rate or per hour depending on the scope of the project. Our standard hourly rate is $34.00 for basic word processing expertise. More complex jobs or very detailed assignments may be more. Piece rate for data entry, mailing or labeling work will be industry standard.
- Design and Graphic Services are either invoiced as a project or billed hourly depending on the scope of the work. Project rates will be determined by the factors involved, the complexity, the timeframe and the desired finish. Hourly rates for graphic design services begin at $55.00 and will be adjusted for complexity and deadline requirements.
- Copywriting and Proofreading is often priced as a project, but can, under certain circumstances, be billed per hour. The hourly rate for copywriting may be broken down into research time, writing time, editing time and proofreading time. Copywriting services start at $25 per hour. Proofreading is priced by the job unless the scope of the job requires billing by the hour. Once we receive the material to be proofread, we will give a quote for the price depending on the level of service desired. Copywriting and Proofreading, when combined with either Remote Secretarial or Graphic Design Services will be priced separately and integrated into the project price. On hourly billing, the higher rate for that hour's service will apply.
- Photography: Project price or hourly, starting at $35 per hour. Editing and photo manipulation is billed separately at the Graphic Services rate.
- Event and meeting planning: Project rate. Call for details.
- Lamination and binding: Per piece rate, according to industry rates.
- Software instruction: $140 per hour in hourly increments up to 4 hours total. Call for information on packages currently being offered.
We accept major credit cards, company checks, and cash.
These rates are given as a basis for most pricing work. Your actual price may vary with the specific project. Occasionally we even give discounts to our favorite repeat customers. Our work order will give a pricing overview, and the invoice will reflect actual time and materials costs incurred. Although new customers are required to pay for services as they are completed, established customers are eligible to apply for direct billing.
